Terms and Conditions for Tall Ships Concert Competition
- The promoter of this Competition is Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited, 3rd Floor, One Clarendon Row, Dublin 2 (“Three”).
- To enter the Competition, entrants must like the Three’s Facebook page before 5pm, Wednesday 29th June.
- Entry is not open to Three employees or associated company appointed by Three for the purpose of administering or fulfilling this competition and the prize
- The prize is a pair of tickets to either Bryan Ferry or Sharon Shannon concerts. There are 20 pairs of 2 tickets available to be awarded. The tickets awarded are at Three’s discretion. Prizes must be collected from the 3 Mobile Unit at South Quay, Waterford, opposite the Granary / Hanover St by 5pm on the day of the concert. (5pm, Thursday 30th June for Bryan Ferry Tickets and 5pm on Saturday 2nd July for Sharon Shannon tickets).
- The winners will be drawn randomly from the list of individuals who have entered this competition. The prize is not transferable.
- Three reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equivalent value if the prize is unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
- Cash will not be provided as an alternative.
- Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to Three to use the relevant winner’s names, county addresses and photos for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional consideration.
- Three’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 3 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. If entrants continue to participate following such revision they will be deemed to agree to the amended terms
- The competition is governed by Irish Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
