Surf Kits Offer Terms & Conditions
- The following terms and conditions of the Surf Kits Offer (the “Offering”) are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions of 3 Ireland’s mobile telecommunications service which are available on www.three.ie. In the event of any conflict the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
- Eligible customers will receive a prepay modem and a SIM card with preloaded data over the following time durations
- Surf Kit Light expires after one month from activation of the modem and SIM card with preloaded data on Three’s point of sale system at purchase and includes 2GB of data
- Surf Kit Active expires after three months from activation of the modem and SIM card with preloaded data on Three’s point of sale system at purchase and includes 6GB of data
- Surf Kit Pro expires after six months from activation of the modem and SIM card with preloaded data on Three’s point of sale system at purchase and includes 12GB of data
- Surf Kit Student expires after ten months from activation of the modem and SIM card with preloaded data on Three’s point of sale system at purchase and includes 60GB of data
- It is a condition of signing up to Surf Kit Student that you present up to date accredited photographic student I.D. at point of sale and only one Surf Kit Student may be purchased per customer.
- Once your data allowance has been used up or the duration of the Surf Kit has expired, you must purchase an prepay broadband usage add-on to continue using data on your modem
- Unused data cannot be carried over after the expiry of the time duration relevant to your Surf Kit.
- You agree that mobile broadband performance is subject to network coverage and capacity and actual broadband speed may vary based on a number of factors.
