SIM Only Bill Pay Price Plans.
- The following terms and conditions of the SIM only tariff are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions relating to both the Three service and Three Bill Pay terms.
- In the event of any conflict, the terms and conditions of SIM only will prevail.
- Existing Bill Pay customers who wish to move to Three SIM only must have their account up to date and have completed their minimum contract term.
- SIM only customers who wish to cease their contract, port to another operator or migrate to 3pay may do so at any time by giving written notice, which will be effective 30 days after Three receives the request.
- Existing Bill Pay customers who have yet to complete their minimum contract term may not change to SIM only until such a time as their existing contract period has expired.
- The SIM only tariff does not facilitate subsidised handsets for new connections to Three’s network. However, you may avail of any of the Bill Pay range of handsets at any time, subject to moving from SIM only to a Relax Bill Pay contract.
- Three SIM Only price plans are subject to contract, status, suitability assessment, and payment by direct debit. You may give us written notice that you wish to end your Three SIM Only contract or change price plan at any time, and this will be effective 30 days after we receive your notice.
- You will be required to pay the applicable monthly charge for your Three SIM Only price plan until the end of this 30 day period.
- If your handset is locked to your existing mobile network you are advised to call your existing provider to get an unlock code for your handset, before you can use your existing phone with your Three SIM Only service.
- Your Three SIM can only be used in 3G handsets. It is your responsibility to ensure the SIM is compatible with the handset intended for use. Your Three SIM will be disconnected if used in a 2G handset and you will still be charged for the contract.

3 currently filters sites of an adult nature, Billpay and Best of Both customers can opt-out of filtering by calling 1913.
Relax SIM Only Plans Rental Discount Offer January 2010.
- The following terms and conditions of the Relax SIM Only rental discount (“the Offer”) are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions of the Bill Pay terms and conditions of service as above. In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- The Offer is available to new Relax SIM Only customers who sign up to Relax 90 or Relax 150 or Relax 350 or Relax 650 or Relax 950 between the 28th January 2010 and21st July 2010.
- New Relax SIM Only customers will receive a 25% discount on their monthly rental charge for six months only commencing in month two and ending in month seven. This discount does not apply to any out of bundle usage.
- No rental discount will apply after month seven.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the 25% rental discount does not apply to Relax customers signed up to a 12 month minimum term.
- Three reserves the right to exclude customers whose account is in arrears or up to date.
- Three reserves the right to withdraw the Offer either generally or in respect of any particular Customer at anytime and to vary or amend any element of the Offer at any time without further notice. These terms and conditions may be varied or amended by Three for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason.
