Online Price Plan discount Offer November 2011 (“Offer”)
- These terms are in addition to and form part of the terms of the 3 Services that are contained in the Small Print (provided with your SIM card and also available at www.three.ie) and the applicable Price Plan set out in the Price Guide (see www.three.ie/priceplans). In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail. Capitalised terms in these Terms have the same meaning as used in the Glossary of Terms contained in the Small Print, unless specifically defined in these Terms.
- This Offer is only available if you sign up to certain Three services when purchasing certain devices in certain colours on three.ie, as a new customer (“Eligible Customers”). Existing Three customers are not eligible to avail of this Offer.
- Eligible Customers signing up to one of the following plans and minimum term will receive a monthly discount of €10 off their monthly recurring charge (“discount”)
- Classic Flex Max 18 month
- Super Flex Max 18 month
- Mega Flex Max 18 month
- Ultimate Flex Max 18 month
- Classic Flex Max 24 month
- Super Flex Max 24 month
- Mega Flex max 24 month
- Ultimate Flex Max 24 month
- And strictly where one of the following devices (as may be amended from time to time) is purchased

- You must sign up to a minimum 18 or 24 month contract
- The discount applies for the duration of your 18 or 24 month contract only.
- Certain Services do not avail of any discount. These 3 Services include, without limitation, access to premium rate services, downloaded content, international roaming, International calls, texts and messages.
- SIM Only customers are not eligible to avail of this Offer
- The discount is not applicable to any termination, cancellation or other fees which you may incur.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
