- This competition runs from 21st April 2011 until 28th April 2011
- In order to enter this competition you must “like” the Three facebook page and submit the required information on the Three page on or before 28th April 2011.
- Persons entering this competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Any entry not in strict accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed to be invalid.
- The winning entries will be selected in a random draw from correct and valid entries received by the Closing Date.
- The winners will be notified by Facebook Message on 28th April 2011.
- Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited’s decision as to the winner of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.
- The prize is a 16GB iPhone 4 with a 3Pay SIM for use on the Three Network. You accept this condition and agree that the prize will only be used on the Three network. No cash or other alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
- Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited accepts no responsibility for failure or delay in postal or courier systems or the winners’ failure to take delivery of the prize.
- The winning entrant grants Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited permission to publish his/her name and place of work for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
