Free iPhone 4 on 24 month plans offer – September 2011.
- The following terms and conditions of the free iphone 4 offer (“the Offer”) are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions of the Three Smallprint and Bill Pay terms and conditions of service as above. In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- The Offer is available – subject to availability of handsets – until 30th September 2011.
- You agree to a 24 month minimum term.
- Three reserves the right to exclude from this Offer customers whose account is in arrears or not up to date.
- This Offer is not applicable to any new or existing Three customers availing of any other promotion, offer, discount or affinity scheme.
- It is a condition of making Three Services available to you under the Plan, that you set up and maintain a direct debit with your financial institution to pay the monthly recurring fixed charges (“Fixed Charge. In the event that you cancel your direct debit, or payment of the Fixed Charge by the direct debit is rejected by your financial institution, then Three may suspend your access to the three Services.
- Where your direct debit is cancelled by you or if the direct debit is repeatedly declined by your financial institution, we may terminate your access to Three Service. You will then be responsible for payment to us of a Cancellation Fee.
- Three reserves the right to withdraw the Offer either generally or in respect of any particular Customer at anytime and to vary or amend any element of the Offer at any time without further notice. These terms and conditions may be varied or amended by Three for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason.
