Terms and Conditions – iPad Competition
- This competition runs from Wednesday 13th – Thursday 21st July.
- In order to enter this competition you must ìlikeî the Three facebook page and answer the question on the Three page before 10am Thursday 21st July,2011.
- Persons entering this competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Any entry not in strict accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed to be invalid.
- The winning entry will be selected in a random draw from correct and valid entries received by the Closing Date.
- The winners will be notified by email on 21st July, 2011.
- Hutchison 3G Ireland Limitedís decision as to the winner of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.
- The prize is an Apple iPad.
- No cash or other alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
- Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited accepts no responsibility for failure or delay in postal or courier systems or the winners’ failure to take delivery of the prize.
- The winning entrant grants Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited permission to publish his/her name and place of work for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
