- The following terms and conditions of the 3 free Nokia 2730 offer (the “Offer”) are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions of 3 Ireland ‘s mobile telecommunications service which are available on www.three.ie. In the event of any conflict the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
- This offer is only available to new Bill Pay customers porting in their number (”eligible customers”) , purchasing one of the following
- Smartphone handsets (“eligible handsets”) and signing up to a Flex Max 24 month Plan for Nokia N8 and 18 month contract Nokia C7 and will continue while stocks last.
- Eligible Handsets: Nokia C7, Nokia C8.
- Eligible customers will receive a free Nokia 2730 when signing up to a Flex Max 24 month plan and purchasing an eligible handset, while stocks last.
- Nokia 2730 handsets are subject to stock and color availability.
- This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other 3 offer.
- If you become entitled to return your Nokia C7/N8 device and/or cancel your contract with 3 for any reason, 3 reserves the right to require that you return the Nokia 2730 and any boxed accessories received by you the customer as part of this offer. If you purchase an eligible handset via web or telesales you undertake that you will neither part with possession of the Nokia 2730 nor use the Nokia 2730 during your eligible cooling –off period. Incomplete or late returns will not be processed.
