Terms and Conditions – 3Football Father’s day Competition
- This competition runs from 13th June – 16th June, 5pm 2011.
- In order to enter this competition you must “like” the Three facebook page and answer the question on the Three page on or before 5pm, 16th June, 2011.
- Persons entering this competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Any entry not in strict accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed to be invalid.
- The winning entries will be selected in a random draw from correct and valid entries received by the Closing Date.
- The winner will be notified by email on 17th June, 2011.
- Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited’s decision as to the winner of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.
- The prize is a signed Irish jersey. There will be three prizes of 1 signed jersey offered to each of three winners. No cash or other alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
- Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited accepts no responsibility for failure or delay in postal or courier systems or the winners’ failure to take delivery of the prize.
- The winning entrant grants Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited permission to publish his/her name and place of work for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
- Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this free competition at any time without notice.
