The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to 3′s Email on 3 service (the “service”) and are in addition to and form part of the terms of the 3 Services that are contained in the Small Print (provided with your SIM card and also available at www.three.ie) and the applicable Price Plan set out in the Price Guide (see www.three.ie/priceplans). In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail. Capitalised terms in these Terms have the same meaning as used in the Glossary of Terms contained in the Small Print, unless specifically defined in these Terms.
The service is free for a two week trial period only.
This free service is only available to Pay Monthly, Best of Both and Business Sharer price plans that activate the service from the 1st December (promotional period).
At the end of the two week trial period, you will be charged for this service if you wish to continue. You will receive an email at the end of the trial period asking if you wish to continue with this service. You must purchase an Add-on to continue using this service. The cost of the Add-ons and applicable usage allowances are set out at www.three.ie.
Add-ons have no minimum term and can be cancelled and renewed at any time. Pay Monthly and Best of Both Add-ons must be used within the period from the date of purchase until the end of the then current billing cycle. Pay Monthly and Best of Both Add-ons automatically renew each subsequent monthly billing cycle unless you cancel the Add on. Promotional Add-ons may have a different expiry period – e.g. Talk and Text Add-on expires after 7 days.
The use of free or chargeable Add-ons is unavailable while you are roaming abroad with the exception of Mobile Broadband Add-ons which are available on selected 3 Like Home networks abroad.
You cannot purchase two of the same Add-ons in the same month e.g. two Mobile Surfing Add-ons, or two Add-ons of the same type e.g. a Mobile Surfing Add-ons and a Mobile Broadband Add-on.
3 reserves the right to extend, vary or to withdraw this service or the promotion period at any time for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason.
