Ebilling switch terms & conditions (“offer”).
This competition is organised by Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited (“Three”).
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to Three’s switch to ebilling competition.
- You must be a Three Bill Pay customer currently on paper billing to be eligible. This includes broadband and handset customers. You acknowledge that by entering the competition, you also agree to switch to ebilling.
- The competition commences on 9th June and closes on 7th July 2011 at 3pm (”eligibility period”).
- You must send the Word “Bill” to the number provided in the sms to be eligible to enter. There is no cost to respond to this number.
- There will be one winner of an iphone, or an alternative handset within the Three range in June 2011, of the winner’s choosing. This handset will be locked to the Three network and it is a condition of entry that the winner uses the handset only on Three network.
- The winner will be drawn at random from the correct entries received.
- There will be no cash alternative.
- Three reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason.
- Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Please note that further terms and conditions may apply to the tickets and any such conditions will be printed or referenced on the tickets.
- By accepting the prize, the winner grants Three the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as Three may choose for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration. Three may also publish and/or disclose the results of the competition including the winner’s name and details of entry.
