Boards.ie Signed Football Jersey Competition Terms & Conditions
This competition is organised by Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited (“Three”).
This competition runs from 26th July 2011 until 2nd August 2011 at 16.00 (closing date).
- The prize is an Irish football jersey signed by members of the Irish Football Team.
- To be in with a chance to win, answer the following question: “What date in August is Ireland set to play Croatia in the Aviva Stadium? The winner will be picked at random from a list of all correct entries. There is no cost or charge for entering the competition.
- Only one entry per person. Further and multiple entries will be disregarded.
- Persons entering this competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Any entry not in strict accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed to be invalid.
- The winners will be notified by Three by private message on boards.ie by the close of business on August 2nd 2011.
- Three’s decision as to the winner of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.
- No cash or other alternative to the prize is will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
- Three accepts no responsibility for failure or delay in any network in which entries are submitted and/or postal or courier system or the winners’ failure to take delivery of the prize.
- The winning entrant grants Three permission to publish his/her name and city/county address for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
- Entrants undertake that all entries must be legal, decent, and original and may not contain anything that is offensive or defamatory. Entrants will be responsible for any loss and/or claim suffered by Three in respect of breach of the entrant’s undertaking.
- Three reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this free competition at any time without notice.
