The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to 3′s port in credit offer to customers signing up to Flex Max price plans (the “Offer”) and are in addition to and form part of the terms of the 3 Services that are contained in the Small Print (provided with your SIM Card and also available at www.three.ie). In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
This offer is valid from 25th September 2010 until 31st March 2011.
The offer applies to new first time connection 3 Bill Pay customers who port their mobile number from their existing mobile phone network to the 3 network and sign up to any 18 month (Flex Max) Plan. iPhone customers are not eligible to participate in this offer. SIM Only customers are also ineligible.
Flex Max Plans: €50.00 credit will be applied to your second bill if you sign up to Classic Flex Max. €75 credit will be applied to your second bill if you sign up to Super Flex-Max. €100 credit will be applied to your second bill if you sign up to Mega Flex Max or Ultimate Flex Max. The credit will not be applied if your account is in arrears.
The Porting offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other 3 promotion or offer.
3 reserves the right to extend, vary or to withdraw this offer at any time for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason.
