These terms and conditions for Bebo on your 3 mobile (“the Services”) are in addition to the 3 service terms and conditions.
To use the Services on your 3 mobile you must first register on the Bebo website at www.bebo.com with your own username and password.
Browsing Bebo on your 3 mobile will be charged at the standard internet browsing rate. Text message alerts advising you that a message has been left on your Bebo page is free. Replies to free alerts will be charged at 9c per message. Customers using the Bebo short code to amend their profile on Bebo will be charged at 9c per message. Customers using the Bebo short code to upload picture messages will be charged at 30c per message if on a Relax, Anytime, Business Sharer, Best of Both or Prepay Refresh price plan. Customers on any other price plan will be charged 25c per message.
Fair usage policy applies for usage of free text alerts and whilst Roaming. You will be contacted by 3 if your usage exceeds our fair usage policy. 3 reserves the right to charge customers who persist is using the Service whilst Roaming where such usage is deemed excessive.
You will incur Roaming charges if you reply to the free text alert or upload picture messages if using the Service on a non 3 network whilst abroad.
We have no control over the Services offered by Bebo. As a result we are not responsible for any content or Services offered by Bebo.
3 are not responsible for compliance with Age Restricted Services if you are below the age specified by Bebo to use the Services. You are advised to read the following:
The Irish mobile operators Code of Practice for the responsible and secure use of mobile services.
You will be subject to additional terms and conditions as notified to you by Bebo.
Under no circumstances will 3 or be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Services or the provision of the Services.
You must not use the Services for any improper, immoral, fraudulent or unlawful purposes or for the sending of any communication or storing of any information which is of an offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing nature.
3 will not be liable to you in any way for failures, defects or delays in the delivery of the Services which are caused by one or more of the following reasons:
Unlawful, indecent, or otherwise inappropriate use of the Services is prohibited.
3 reserve the right to extend, suspend or terminate the services or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any reasonable commercial or technical reason.
You will be subject to additional terms and conditions as notified to you by Bebo.
